In other way quality is degree of customer satification.
for example:- If two bikes HERO Honda-CD dawn and BAJAJ Pulsar. First costs 35k while later costs 60 k. But you can not justify Pulsar as best to CD Down just by seeing its price. The two bikes has different criterion of comprasion. First is a light, more milage bike. While another on is heavy with good pickup bike. One is better in its own term while other one is preferable to next other terms.
In other words level of quality depends on design, manufacturing and delivery, assurance of products.
ISO 9000:2000 are such type of set of rules which guides orgnization to improve its quality.
